ICRO 5000 series is an acrylic 1k or 2k topcoat.

5000 series is a fast drying acrylic coating with good hardness, and scratch resistance. While suitable as a 1k, it can be used as a 2k when mixed at 10% with W-350 hardener for added chemical and mar resistance.

This product is on closeout and only available in clear.

For HVLP turbine application reduce with water at 5-10%. A 5 stage turbine or better with a pressure pot is recommended. Use a 1.8 or 2.0 needle.

For airless, a 308 or 408 tip is recommended at 2000-2200psi. A reduction of 5% with water may be needed.

ICRO should always be applied in an environment where the surface temperature, ambient temperature, and coating temperature is above 65°F or bubbling can occur.

Typical 2K system for refinishing:

Depending on order volume, custom colors may not ship when ordered before 1PM. Custom color order cut off time is updated Monday - Friday and can be found in the announcement at the top of every page.

All items are packed thoroughly to avoid damage.

In January and February, orders to certain areas with material that can freeze will include special heat packs designed to provide heat for 3-4 days. This time of year delays can happen from UPS/FedEx that are out of our control.
