Shipping and Returns
Orders are shipped the same day Monday through Friday when ordered before 3:00PM EST. Some orders will ship the same day after 3:00PM EST but there is a firm cutoff time of 5:00PM.
All items, except for those that must be shipped via a ground service, are shipped with an expedited 1-3 business day service. Most orders are delivered in 1-3 days.
There are several items you will encounter throughout the site that ship for free. Otherwise, depending on the product, shipping is a flat rate $3.99 or $7.99.
All orders over $199 ship free.
The following products are ground only: TWP deck stain, Arborcoat oil based stain, Simiron epoxy, oil based interior stains, dry erase paints, all 5 gallon pails, tabletop epoxy, airless paint sprayers, Benjamin Moore deck cleaning products, Centurion vinyl sealer.
This map should only be used to estimate transit time for ground only items. All other products will be delivered in 1-3 business days. In some areas Saturday and Sunday are considered business days. This depends on region.
We are now utilizing a combination of FedEx and UPS for ground only items to get your order to you faster. FedEx now delivers on Saturday or Sunday to most of the US.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the order date. If your request for return is past day 30, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To start a return call us at 855-672-0422, or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are no returns on tinted paint, or any premixed paint that has been used.
We test all colors from any manufacturer that is not Benjamin Moore to ensure that the color is correct. We also keep a small sample for reference.
It is rare that a color we tint from another manufacturer is not accurate.
Any tinted paint or custom colors. This is industry standard. If it's our fault that the color is wrong, we will always replace the item.
This policy includes cancellations. We cannot cancel any orders that have already been mixed, and not shipped.
Once your return is received and inspected, and you are approved for your refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
We pay return, and outgoing shipping costs for any order that is incorrect. If this does happen, we always make it right, and you will not have to pay shipping costs.
For any other type of return, please contact us for a discounted shipping label. If that shipping label is used, we will deduct it from your refund.
Packaging Process and Damage:
We over-pack every shipment that leaves our warehouse to ensure that your package is safe throughout the delivery process and rarely encounter damaged packages. You can check out our reviews for customer feedback on our packaging.
If you happen to have damage, please contact us with pictures. On occasion, some items may be shipped to you with minor dents, and dings. At this time we do not replace items with dents.
We will handle the claims process with UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
