Simiron Polyaspartic HS Topcoat
Simiron Polyaspartic top coat is a two component, high performance, aliphatic polyaspartic floor coating designed for application over full broadcast chip flakes.
This high solids polyaspatic top coat provides superior protection through its excellent adhesion, durability, and resistance to stains, chemicals, and damaging UV rays.
This product is available in 3 different cure speeds. Slow has 45-50 minutes of working time, medium has 30-35 minutes of working time, and fast has 13-17 minutes of working time.
Simiron slow cure polyaspartic an be applied up to 16 mils thick in a single pass to seal floors broadcast with decorative chip, decorative quartz, and silica sand. It dries to a hard, non-yellowing finish with superior chemical resistance that can be used in both indoor and outdoor applications.

Coverage: At 10 mils (160 sq. feet per gallon) at 16 mils (100 sq. feet per gallon)
Dry time: At 72F and 50% RH 3.5 hours. Light foot traffic in 10-12 hours. Full cure in 5 days. If a second coat is necessary it must be applied within 24 hours.

All items are packed thoroughly to avoid damage.
In January and February, orders to certain areas with material that can freeze will include special heat packs designed to provide heat for 3-4 days. This time of year delays can happen from UPS/FedEx that are out of our control.
