Envirolak's 100 series are 1k or 2k urethane topcoats that provide a lasting, durable finish for wood surfaces.

This product line combines outstanding toughness and stain resistance with the wood warmth and hand-feel of traditional solvent based coatings, all in a low VOC water based finish. EL100 meets or exceeds KCMA standards.

100 series can be catalyzed with CAT100-LV hardener or crosslinked with CAT150 crosslinker to improve vertical flow, chemical and mar resistance.

Depending on order volume, custom colors may not ship when ordered before 3PM. Current order cutoff time for custom colors is 11AM EST. Order cut off time is posted daily at the top of every page.

Regardless of cutoff time, matches in 100 series may take up to 24 hours to ship. We target a delta of 0.50 or less. This product is tinted according to Envirolak's guidelines with their recommended colorants. We may add thickener when necessary.

Orders are shipped the same day Monday through Friday when ordered before 1:00PM EST.

Depending on order volume, custom colors may not ship when ordered before 1PM. Current order cutoff time for custom colors is 11AM EST. Custom color order cut off time is updated daily and can be found in the announcement at the top of every page.

Some orders will ship the same day after 1:00PM EST but there is a firm cutoff time of 5:30PM. Accurate estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout for most products.

The following products are ground only: TWP deck stain, Arborcoat oil based stain, Simiron epoxy, most 5 gallon pails, tabletop epoxy, dry erase paints, airless paint sprayers, Benjamin Moore deck cleaning products, and all oil based gel/wiping stains, topcoats, and paints.

All items are packed thoroughly to avoid damage. We have not had a damaged gallon in all of 2023.
