ICRO 5000 series is an acrylic 1k or 2k topcoat.

5000 series is a fast drying acrylic coating with good hardness, and scratch resistance. While suitable as a 1k, it can be used as a 2k when mixed at 10% with 350 hardener for added chemical and mar resistance.

If you are looking for an easy to use thixotropic European coating with great vertical hang and a soft feel, we recommend the Novalk 932 topcoat.

For HVLP turbine application reduce with water at 10%. A 5 stage turbine or better with a pressure pot is recommended. Use a 1.8 or 2.0 needle.

For airless, a 308 or 408 tip is recommended at 2000-2200psi. A reduction of 5% with water may be needed.

ICRO should always be applied in an environment where the surface temperature, ambient temperature, and coating temperature is above 63°F or bubbling can occur.

Typical 2K system for refinishing:
