ICRO 415 is a water based thixotropic primer that can be used as a 1K or mixed 5-10% with W-350 catalyst and used as a 2K.

415 primer is designed for MDF or HDF, and for refinishing. 415 primer should be applied at 3-4 wet mils.

For HVLP turbine application a 5 stage or better is recommended with a 1.8 or 2.0 needle and 5-10% reduction with water.

For airless, apply with a 408 or 308 fine finish spray tip at 1800-2200psi. Water reduction may be necessary.

ICRO should always be applied in an environment where the surface temperature, ambient temperature, and coating temperature is above 63°F.
