Centurion Vinyl Undercoater is a premium high solids vinyl lacquer primer/sealer with a VOC content below 275 g/l.
This durable vinyl primer provides excellent build, excellent hide and cures rapidly. It's great for use on wood substrates where excellent hiding, sandability, and moisture resistance is needed. Suitable for refinishing, or new projects.
CS-1106 White Vinyl Primer/Sealer is a replacement for the discontinued CS-1112 White Vinyl Sealer and CS-1101 Lacquer Undercoater. This product can only be shipped via a ground service and cannot be shipped in the air.

Note: this product is compatible with the 2800 and 400 series water based products. However, it is recommended that you use 1 sprayer for spraying solvent based coatings and another sprayer for spraying water based coatings.
Tip Recommendation: A fine finish 308, or 310 or a standard 311 tip
Thinning Instructions: Ready to spray. May be reduced as needed with acetone, retarder or lacquer thinner.
Application Instructions: Mix well using a power agitator prior to application. On application, the temperature of the product, surface and coating should be above 65°F.
Apply up to 3 coats, allowing sufficient drying time between coats.
Dry Time: At 77F and 50% relative humidity - tack free in 10-15 minutes. It can be sanded and recoated in 20-25 minutes.

All items are packed thoroughly to avoid damage.
In January and February, orders to certain areas with material that can freeze will include special heat packs designed to provide heat for 3-4 days. This time of year delays can happen from UPS/FedEx that are out of our control.
