Envirolak 510 deep tint base is a 1k or 2k topcoat designed for dark colors.

510 series is an acrylic urethane deep tint base topcoat that is easy to spray at low pressures, is fast drying and offers a waxy feel. 510 can be tinted to any dark color, has high build for great hiding with one coat coverage of 320 grit sanding scratches or previously painted surfaces.

510 series can be catalyzed with CAT100-LV hardener or crosslinked with CAT150 crosslinker to improve vertical flow, adhesion, chemical and mar resistance.

This product also has excellent levelling and anti-sag properties for vertical applications. 510 series can be applied over T9000 primer when used as a 1K in 1-2 hours in simple air dry conditions.

If you are using this product with catalyst, the catalyst will raise the sheen 4-8 units depending on the amount added. If your goal is a higher sheen satin finish, we recommend 20 sheen when catalyzing.

Typical System on Wood or Veneer:

T9000 or 180/170/170TB 2K with CAT100LV
Sand using 320 grit sandpaper or fine sponges
T9000 or 180/170/170TB 2K with CAT100LV
Level Sand using 320 grit sandpaper and Very fine or Super Fine sponges
510 Tinted Topcoat 1K or 2K with CAT150 or CAT100LV

Drying Times:

Dry to Touch: 20-25 minutes

Dry to Sand: 1 Hour

Dry to Recoat: 1-2 Hours

Dry to Stack: 2 Hours

Gentle air movement (recirculator or fan) while parts are drying will reduce dry to
sand times by 20-40%

Fluid Pressure: 400-600 PSI

Air Pressure: 30-35 Triggered Air
