SurfPrep's Electric Ray Gen 2+ Orbital Sander is available as a kit with a wide variety of abrasives and accessories, or can be purchased individually.

The Gen 2 Orbital Sander offers 4 speeds 4,000, 7,000, 9,000 & 10,000 RPM and a new dual-chambered airflow design to withstand more pressure without the risk of overheating.

Compatible with most multi-hole abrasive discs.
Each 5″ Electric Ray Sander includes a Hook & Loop Backup Pad and PUHCMF-BL vacuum adapter
3/16" orbit is more aggressive and cuts faster. The larger orbit can leave a more noticeable scratch. 3/16 is better for sealer sanding with sponges.

The kit is recommended if you are new to SurfPrep or 5" orbital sanders.

The Pro Sanding Kit includes the following:

All 5″ Electric Ray Gen 2+ Pro Sanding System Kits include a ProFoam, Blizzard film, Red Riptide, and White Lightning paper variety packs, plus a non-woven disc sample pack.

Orders are shipped the same day Monday through Friday when ordered before 1:00PM EST.

Depending on order volume, custom colors may not ship when ordered before 1PM.

The following products are ground only: TWP deck stain, Arborcoat oil based stain, Simiron epoxy, all 5 gallon pails, tabletop epoxy, dry erase paints, airless paint sprayers, Benjamin Moore deck cleaning products, and all oil based gel/wiping stains.

All items are packed thoroughly to avoid damage.

In January and February, orders to certain areas with material that can freeze will include a large heat pack designed to provide heat for 3-4 days. This time of year delays can happen from UPS/FedEx that are out of our control. There are no guarantees with any shipping service and express can be delayed. Wood coatings can typically handle 1-3 freeze/thaw cycles. Receiving items frozen is very rare, and at this time we do not refund any products that are frozen.
