Benjamin Moore Composite Deck Cleaner

Composite Deck Cleaner 313-00 is a safe and biodegradable cleaner for maintaining and restoring composite and PVC decking, railing furniture and fences. It can also be as a general clean for most exterior substrates. It is excellent for preparing synthetic substrates like decks, railing and fences to be stain with Arborcoat Solid Stain (640).

Recommended for:

Use Benjamin Moore Composite Deck Cleaner on exterior Composite Plastic and PVC Deck, Railing Furniture and Fences to remove dirt, and stains from mold, mildew, algae, grease and oil.

Do not apply when air and surface temperatures are below 50 °F. Do not use on hot substrates. Do not allow the solution to dry on surfaces.

The following products are ground only: TWP deck stain, Arborcoat oil based stain, Simiron epoxy, most 5 gallon pails, tabletop epoxy, dry erase paints, airless paint sprayers, Benjamin Moore deck cleaning products, and all oil based gel/wiping stains, topcoats, and paints.

All items are packed thoroughly to avoid damage. We have not had a damaged gallon in all of 2023.
