Novalk 892 is a high solids exterior 2K topcoat with excellent durability and coverage.
892 must be catalyzed at 15% with NCW-80 hardener water based hardener by volume (2 hour pot life)

This product is available in clear, white and custom tinted colors from Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams, Behr, Pantone, RAL and more.
Drill mix on a low speed 15% hardener by volume.
Airless: Apply with a 410 or 310 fine finish spray tip at 1700-2200 psi. Reduce with 10% after adding hardener.
HVLP: A minimum 4 or 5 stage HVLP turbine is recommended. Use a 1.5, 1.8 or 2.0 needle. If needed, reduce 10-20% with warm water.
This product must be applied in an environment where surface, product, and ambient temperatures are above 54F.
Clean equipment, and application tools thoroughly with water.

The following products are ground only: TWP deck stain, Arborcoat oil based stain, Simiron epoxy, all 5 gallon pails, tabletop epoxy, dry erase paints, airless paint sprayers, Benjamin Moore deck cleaning products, and all oil based gel/wiping stains.
All items are packed thoroughly to avoid damage.
In January and February, orders to certain areas with material that can freeze will include a large heat pack designed to provide heat for 3-4 days. This time of year delays can happen from UPS/FedEx that are out of our control.
