Novalk 982 is a high solids 2K topcoat with anti-scratch properties and excellent coverage.

982 must be catalyzed at 15% by volume with NCW-80 water based hardener. (3 hour pot life)

Novalk is currently packaged in a European container at 4KG. Due to high order volume custom colors may take 1-2 business days to ship. Clear may ship in a US gallon can and is filled at 4KG.

This product is available in clear, white and custom tinted colors from Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams, Behr, Pantone, RAL and more.

Hardener should be added by volume.

Airless: Apply with a 408 or 308 fine finish spray tip at 1700-2200 psi

HVLP: A minimum 4 or 5 stage HVLP turbine is recommended. Use a 1.8 or 2.0, 2.2+ needle. If needed, reduce 5-10% with warm water.

This product must be applied in an environment where surface, product, and ambient temperatures are above 54F.

Clean equipment, and application tools thoroughly with water.

The following products are ground only: TWP deck stain, Arborcoat oil based stain, Simiron epoxy, all 5 gallon pails, tabletop epoxy, dry erase paints, airless paint sprayers, Benjamin Moore deck cleaning products, and all oil based gel/wiping stains.

All items are packed thoroughly to avoid damage.

In January and February, orders to certain areas with material that can freeze will include a large heat pack designed to provide heat for 3-4 days. This time of year delays can happen from UPS/FedEx that are out of our control.
