Envirolak 500 sealer is an acrylic urethane high build water white clear sealer for use under Envirolak topcoats. The product provides excellent clarity and is easy to sand after 1 hour.
500 sealer can be used 1K or can be catalyzed with CAT100-LV hardener (4 hour pot life) for improved adhesion and chemical resistance making it suitable for use as a toner over old solvent-based finishes. Used in conjunction with Envirolak water-based topcoats will meet KCMA standards.
500 sealer must be catalyzed at 5% for use under Envirolak 100 or 300 topcoats!

The following products are ground only: TWP deck stain, Arborcoat oil based stain, Simiron epoxy, all 5 gallon pails, tabletop epoxy, dry erase paints, airless paint sprayers, Benjamin Moore deck cleaning products, and all oil based gel/wiping stains.
All items are packed thoroughly to avoid damage.
In January and February, orders to certain areas with material that can freeze will include a large heat pack designed to provide heat for 3-4 days. This time of year delays can happen from UPS/FedEx that are out of our control. There are no guarantees with any shipping service and express can be delayed. Wood coatings can typically handle 1-3 freeze/thaw cycles. Receiving items frozen is very rare, and at this time we do not refund any products that are frozen.
